Rosie founded Amarose Accounting with a simple belief – accounting should be about more than just tax returns and compliance.
With more than 20 years of experience working alongside businesses and families across Australia, Rosie is passionate about helping clients understand their numbers, improve cashflow, and build stronger financial foundations for the future.
As a CPA and Certified Profit First Professional, Rosie combines practical accounting expertise with real-world business support. She works closely with clients throughout the year, not just at tax time, helping them navigate everything from compliance and cashflow to business growth, structures, and long-term planning.
Rosie is known for her down-to-earth approach and her ability to explain complex financial concepts in a way that actually makes sense. Her focus is always on creating clarity, reducing overwhelm, and helping clients feel supported and informed when making financial decisions.

Amanda is the relationship and communication heart behind Amarose Accounting.
With a background spanning more than 25 years across marketing, communications, design, and business development, Amanda works closely with clients to create a supportive and approachable experience from the very beginning.
She believes accounting relationships should feel personal, human, and collaborative – not transactional. Amanda works alongside clients throughout their journey with Amarose, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and connected to the right support for their situation.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Amanda loves building genuine long-term relationships and connecting clients with trusted professionals and support network that help them grow both personally and professionally.

Meet Archie, our Chief Happiness Officer
As Amarose Accounting’s Chief Happiness Officer, Archie takes his responsibilities very seriously.
Every great team has someone who keeps spirits high. Around here, that’s Archie. As Amarose Accounting’s Chief Happiness Officer, Archie takes his responsibilities very seriously.
His daily duties include greeting clients, supervising meetings, reminding us when it’s time for a break and making sure nobody forgets cuddle time.
Archie has a knack for making people feel welcome. He’s an excellent listener, never judges a bad day and always seems to know when someone could use a little extra encouragement. When he’s off duty, you’ll usually find him enjoying a walk, chasing a ball or catching up on a well-earned afternoon nap – that’s when he does his best thinking.
He reminds us that while accounting is important, it’s the people and family behind the numbers who matter most. 🐾

Will I have a dedicated accountant?
Yes. Every client has a primary accountant who oversees their work and understands their circumstances. As your needs grow, you’ll also have access to our wider team, giving you the benefit of specialist knowledge while maintaining a consistent point of contact.
Can I meet the team before becoming a client?
Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to book a Discovery Call so we can get to know each other, understand what you’re looking for and make sure we’re the right fit.
